This armor is great in terms of defending against monsters that shoots projectiles. Use this if you are having trouble dodging projectiles more.
An important thing to note is it's unique epic passive needs you to get hit in order to activate it. For every time you do get hit, regardless if it's melee or ranged, monsters get frozen for 3 seconds while a bosses get frozen for a second and this is your chance to re-position yourself or get those extra shots in.
