Gold is most common currency in-game. Gold is used for upgrading basically everything including talents, equipment, and heroes along with scrolls and sapphires.
Gold can be obtained, lucky wheels, Time Reward, the shop (based on Time Reward, Bundles and from defeating enemies in chapters (higher gives more)
