Eggs are items obtained at random from killed monsters. These eggs can then be entered into the Hatchery where they will gradually get ready to hatch. The amount of time it takes varies for each monster. The player can also kill monsters of the same species to speed up the hatching process. E.g. A slime egg requires 80 slimes to be killed for it to hatch.
Once an egg has hatched, the player can equip 2-4 hatched monsters to give them boosted stats in battle. As each player can only have one of each monster, each identical egg will give the player access to level the monster up, further increasing the boosted stats, and sometimes giving more abilities.
Hatched monsters also come with two quests, which, once completed, will decrease the amount of damage taken from this specific monster in battle, or increase the damage dealt to that monster. For each time the player hatches a new monster, they will receive a new avatar.
This page is primarily for information on the eggs themselves, and what each monster can give. See Hatchery for more information about the monsters.

Training Bonus[]
Note: training bonuses that just have a single value and aren't "X to Y" (and also say "(X Stars)") are Stats bonuses (always active), while all other bonuses (including those that say "X (Y Stars) to Z") are Train bonuses (only active when equipped).
The damage reduction from kills gives -5% damage from that monster, while the damage reduction from stars gives -15% damage.

Training cost[]
A monster can be trained to increase the number of stars they have and their training stats. This requires some number of monsters of the same type to be hatched (along with some coins).
