An ability that spawns, around the hero, two spinning swords which deals 100% equipment damage (increased by attack boosts) and apply an effect on impact.

Summons two swords to rotate around you at a fixed position and rate. A sword hits for 100% of your modified damage (including +Atk, not equipment bonuses) then applies a permanent poison damage-over-time effect of 30% unmodified hero damage every second. None of this damage can be Critical. Can be applied in addition to other DoT effects.
