An ability that spawns, around the hero, two spinning swords which deals 100% equipment damage (increased by attack boosts) and apply an effect on impact.
Enemy starts burning 0.25s after effect is applied. The effect lasts 2 seconds. Each tick deals 15% of equipment damage and occurs every 0.25 seconds (totaling 7 ticks). The effect is reset every time the enemy is hit.
Summons two swords to rotate around you at a fixed position and rate. A sword hits for 100% of your modified damage (including +Atk, not equipment bonuses) then applies a fire damage-over-time effect of 15% unmodified hero damage every 0.25 seconds for 2 seconds (7 ticks). Can be applied in addition to other DoT effects. None of this damage can be Critical
